At Guzzini, we strive for perfection in every home essential; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Guzzini account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Guzzini boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
